The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have attacked an electric transformer substation in the Bryansk region. This was announced on March 30 by the governor of the region, Alexander Bogomaz.

"Ukrainian terrorists, despite statements about the cessation of attacks on Russian energy facilities, attacked the village of Podyvotye in the Sevsky district with the help of FPV drones," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to Bogomaz, no one was injured as a result of the strike, but the power supply in the village of Podyvotye was disrupted.

On March 18, during talks with American leader Donald Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin supported the idea of Moscow and Kiev mutually rejecting attacks on energy infrastructure and gave the appropriate order to Russian structures.

However, on the same day, after the public consent of the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, to suspend strikes on energy infrastructure facilities, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked an energy facility in the village of Kavkazskaya in the Krasnodar Territory. On March 21, the Sudzha gas measuring station (GIS) in the Kursk region was attacked.

On March 25, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov pointed out the incompetence of the Kiev regime after the incident.
