The media reported on active fighting in Guevo and Oleshnya in the Kursk region.

The Russian military is actively fighting in Guevo, in the vicinity of Oleshnya, Kursk region, and in the Basovka area of Sumy region. This was reported by TASS on March 30, citing law enforcement sources.

"In the Sumy direction, fierce fighting continues in Guevo, in the vicinity of the Oleshnya farm, as well as in the Basovka area. Our fighters continue to dislodge the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Guevo. Fierce fighting is taking place both in the settlement itself and in its surroundings," the report says.

It is specified that in the Basovka area, the Russian military dislodged the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from a stronghold.

"I believe that our entire land will be liberated"

Vitaliy Ganchev, head of the military-civil administration of the Kharkiv region, talks about the problems faced by the residents and authorities of the region.

Earlier on March 30, it became known that the Russian military had liberated the town of Zaporizhia in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). The successful offensive was carried out by units of the Center group of forces.

The Russian Defense Ministry also reported that an army aviation crew on a Mi-28NM helicopter as part of a mixed tactical group launched an air missile attack on personnel and armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the border area of the Kursk region.
