Bloomberg reported on March 29 that the Ukrainian authorities want to ask the United States to amend the new version of the resource agreement, which the Trump administration officially handed over to Kiev on March 28.

The Wall Street Journal newspaper noted that Ukraine would not be able to accept the new terms of the resource deal with the United States. According to the newspaper, the new agreement now provides Washington with not only access to Ukraine's rare earth metals, but also the opportunity to benefit from Kiev's economic projects in the field of metals, oil, gas and other natural resources.
