On March 30, the Russian Ministry of Defense told about the exploits of Russian fighters in the area of the special military operation (SVO).

According to the department, Senior Lieutenant Kirill Onatsky carried out a combat mission to storm fortified positions of Ukrainian militants in an important area of the offensive of Russian troops. During the battle, he was at the forefront of the attack and led his subordinates. With active offensive actions, his unit began to oust the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) from their positions, wedging into the enemy's defenses. The enemy, realizing the risks of being caught in a pincer movement, hastily retreated.

In the midst of the battle, Ukrainian militants fired a kamikaze drone at the advancing Russian soldiers, as a result of which Senior Lieutenant Onatsky was wounded by shrapnel. Despite his serious condition, after receiving the necessary help, he continued to manage the fight. Unable to withstand the pressure of the Russian attack aircraft, the enemy retreated, leaving the dead and wounded in their positions.

Thanks to the courage, bravery and professionalism of Senior Lieutenant Onatsky, the unit completed its tasks of taking the enemy's fortified positions without incurring losses.

In addition, the Russian Defense Ministry noted the actions of Sergeant Alfar Islakhov, who, commanding a group of attack aircraft, carried out a combat mission to take control of positions held by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in an important area of the Russian offensive.

The group under his command moved to reinforce the positions liberated from the Ukrainian militants, but came under artillery fire. As a result, several Russian soldiers were injured in various degrees of severity. Sergeant Islakhov, risking his own life, moved to the affected area and began to provide medical assistance to his comrades. Using the skills of tactical medicine, he provided the necessary assistance to the wounded and organized evacuation to a field hospital.

After the evacuation of the injured, the sergeant adjusted the route of movement, taking into account the exposed sectors of enemy artillery fire. Arriving at a given line, he immediately organized the equipment of firing positions in the most advantageous areas of the terrain. Thanks to the courage and professionalism of Sergeant Alfar Islakhov, the assault group successfully completed its task.
