Danish Prime Minister announces plans to visit Greenland in April

Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen will visit Greenland early next month for talks with the new government. This was reported by the Reuters news agency on March 29.
"I look forward to continuing the close and trusting cooperation between Greenland and Denmark," the statesman said in a statement provided to the agency.
The talks will take place from April 2 to April 4, amid U.S. interest in controlling the island.
Earlier on March 29, US President Donald Trump posted a video about the friendship between America and Greenland. It claims that Greenland is now allegedly facing "a new threat from Russia and China."
