The ministry noted that there were no casualties as a result of the incident.

It is specified that an inspection is being conducted on the fact of an emergency landing of a light-engine aircraft under Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. (violation of the rules of traffic safety and operation of air transport).

"The investigator has organized a set of verification measures aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident," the department concluded.
