Before being sent to the Kursk region, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) allegedly issued a French medical policy to the Ukrainian militants, but in reality it turned out to be consent to organ transplantation. Soldiers of the North group of forces told Izvestia that the Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters did not know that they were carrying a French-language consent for organ transplantation.

"They promised you that if you were wounded, you would go to the best French clinics," said Ukrainian prisoner of war Andrei Chemer, adding that he had not had time to fill out and sign the document because of the shelling. However, according to him, the rest of the militants signed it.

He also thanked the Russian army for saving lives and called on other Ukrainian militants in the Kursk region to surrender.

On January 24, eyewitnesses told Izvestia about black transplantology, which Ukrainians are using in the zone of military contact. They noted that they had personally seen men with square and atypical boxes, similar to thermal containers.

At the same time, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, called black transplantation the favorite entertainment of the West. She said that in Ukraine, in particular, bodies and remains of people with obvious signs that organs had been cut out were found in places of fighting.
