Almost 20 thousand pets were vaccinated against rabies in the Moscow region

Since the beginning of 2025, almost 20 thousand domestic animals have been vaccinated against rabies in the Moscow region. This is reported by the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya with reference to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

Veterinarians use the drug "Rabikan" of domestic production. Almost 12 thousand dogs and about 8 thousand cats were vaccinated.

Experts remind you that you can also use a complex drug for vaccination. It is available in clinics near Moscow and protects against several diseases at once.

The ticks have already started to show activity. To protect against parasites, it is recommended to use drops on the withers, as well as tablets, sprays and special collars.
