Experts named the percentage of Russians experiencing depression at work


More than half of Russians feel signs of burnout or depression at work (56%). This is stated in the results of a survey of analysts of the Kontur communications service.Tolk", which were reviewed by Izvestia on March 31.
Of these, 43% experience this condition only periodically, for example during periods of overload, while 13% suffer from it regularly, which affects their productivity and mood. Every third respondent said that, although he does not feel constant burnout, it is not always possible to maintain positive motivation for work. And only 14% of the respondents said that their work inspires them.
At the same time, 20% of respondents think that a psychologist could help them cope with a difficult moral state due to work, and another 5% are already working out their problems with a specialist.
At the same time, almost every second Russian reported that he becomes happier at work thanks to friendship with colleagues. Such relationships improve their emotional mood and motivation (46%). Another 28%, although they try to keep a balance between personal relationships and professional activities, still recognize that pleasant communication within the company helps in their work. Also, 12% of respondents have enough communication with colleagues during working hours, 11% share friendship and working relationships, and only 3% experience stress from communication with colleagues.
"The majority of respondents do not consider it necessary to distinguish between friendship and work (68%). Of these, 40% are of the opinion that if the relationship is healthy, a colleague can also become a good friend. Another 15% share friendship and work only in cases where excessive involvement can interfere with work issues, and for 7% it is important to be friends with colleagues, because this way work becomes more enjoyable. However, for 32% of Russians, these two concepts have nothing to do with each other," the survey results say.
At the same time, 18% of respondents like to share memes and jokes with colleagues in chat rooms, 28% appreciate informal communication, and 15% like effective fast communication via instant messengers or video calls.
In addition, 20% of remote workers said they feel lonely.
