According to analysts at Aeon Development, developers' revenue from the sale of premium apartments has doubled over the past year. The results of the study were reviewed by Izvestia on March 29.

According to a study by analysts, according to the results of the first two months of 2025, almost 600 lots worth more than 50 trillion rubles were sold, whereas a year earlier — less than 400 objects with a total value of less than 27 trillion rubles.

In total, in the first two months of this year, developers sold 569 premium class apartments, which is 46% higher than in 2024. And compared to January, February sales results were 89% higher.

As of February 2025, the average price of real estate in the premium segment exceeded 1 million rubles per square meter for the first time in the last year. Last year, this figure was slightly less than 750 thousand rubles per square meter.

In addition, the number of lots decreased due to increased demand. So, currently 4,118 premium apartments and apartments are on display in Moscow, which is 6% less than a year ago.

"The demand for premium projects in the capital really continues to grow, and this is due to several factors. Firstly, investors have become more active in the market, many of whom had previously considered buying property abroad, but decided to leave their capital in the country. Secondly, buyers now have a large selection of high—quality projects with interesting concepts," summed up Marina Maltseva, Deputy General Director of Aeon Development.

Earlier, on January 9, Izvestia reviewed a study by the COLDY development company, which reported on current trends in the luxury real estate market in Moscow. According to experts, the number of new high-budget projects is increasing, prices have risen following strong demand, while buyers' preferences for internal infrastructure have shifted towards options for family holidays and education.
