The seizure of two churches of the UOC was reported in the Kiev region.


Representatives of the schismatic Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU) have seized two temples of the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) in the Kiev region. This was announced on March 28 by the press service of the Union of Orthodox Journalists on the Telegram channel.
"Today, after the end of the curfew <...>, representatives of the OCU arrived with the police," the message says.
It is noted that representatives, together with law enforcement officers, occupied churches in honor of the Nativity of Christ and the church in honor of Blessed Xenia of St. Petersburg.
Earlier, on March 21, schismatics seized a church of the canonical UOC in the city of Bila Tserkva. It was noted that the representatives carried out the seizure in the presence of law enforcement officers and with the support of the city authorities.
