Peskov named the conditions for the resumption of the Russian Black Sea initiative

Russia will not be able to resume the Black Sea initiative until the countries of the European Union (EU) decide to lift sanctions against the Russian bank, which is associated with agricultural products. Since Europe does not want to do this yet, it means that the EU does not want to follow the path of peace in Ukraine. This was announced on March 28 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"An integral part of the Black Sea initiative is the lifting of sanctions against our bank, a banking institution that handles payments related to agricultural products. The essence of these restrictions is very clear, and, in fact, if European countries do not want to follow this path, it means that they do not want to follow the path of peace," the press secretary of the head of state said at a briefing.
