Two drug laboratories producing 1.5 million doses per month were liquidated in the Moscow region.

In the Moscow region, law enforcement agencies liquidated two drug laboratories, which produced 1.5 million doses per month. This was announced on March 28 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.

"During the verification of operational information, the police stopped a foreign car leaving the village in the Ramenskoye municipal District," Volk said in her Telegram channel.

4 kg of crystalline substance was found in the trunk of the car. As a result, the passenger and the driver of the vehicle were detained. During the investigation, law enforcement agencies found two laboratories for the production of synthetic substances in the territory of the suspects' residence. Subsequently, a third suspect was also detained.

"In total, according to the results of the measures taken, more than 200 kg of mephedrone were seized. At black market prices, the retail value of the seized drug is more than 800 million rubles," the report says.

A criminal case was opened against the suspects under the article on attempted illegal production, sale or transfer of narcotic drugs. The defendants were also taken into custody.
