Another child was returned to Russia from Ukraine with the mediation of Qatar. This was announced on March 28 by Maria Lvova-Belova, Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President of the Russian Federation.

It is specified that the boy will live with his grandmother.

"We continue to work on reuniting children with their loved ones. Today we have a joyful event, 17-year—old Ruslan was reunited with his grandmother," Lvova-Belova said at a meeting with her family in Moscow.
