AvtoVAZ started painting Lada Granta in the color of "flamenco"

AvtoVAZ has announced an expansion of the Lada Granta family's color range, featuring a new bright red flamenco shade. The first batch of such cars has already rolled off the assembly line and been shipped to dealers, the company's press service said on March 28.

The red color is available to order — in May, it is planned to mass-apply such enamel in production.

The Granta color range has expanded to seven enamels. It also includes the most popular white "glacial", black "panther" and silver "platinum", as well as the saturated blue "captain", gray-blue "Borneo" and light brown "coriander".

Initially, the red color "flamenco" debuted at the presentation of Lada Iskra last year. The new red enamel will be common to several models of the brand, the company noted.

The day before, it was reported that in 2024, among the new passenger cars sold in Russia, white-bodied cars became the most common. Gray comes in second place, and black came in third.

On March 19, it was reported that AvtoVAZ expanded the color range of Lada cars, popular enamels returned to it and new ones appeared. So, following Lada Granta, the Vesta and Largus families received the bright blue captain enamel. Shipments of cars in the new color have already begun.
