Two 19th—century manors — a house with a lion mask on the facade and the main eclectic manor house in Moscow - were recognized as architectural monuments of regional significance. As reported on the website of the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, on March 28, they were added to the register of cultural heritage sites.

"The estates located at the following addresses now have a new status: Starokonyushenny Lane, 2, p. 1, 2 and 3 and Sushchevskaya str., 14, p. 2," the message says.

The register also includes the residential wing of the Meyer estate at the address: per. Chernyshevsky, 4, p. 2. Buildings built in the penultimate century in different architectural styles, before that, had the intermediate status of identified cultural heritage sites.

Architectural monuments under state protection must not be demolished. In addition, owners and tenants are not allowed to carry out any work without the approval of the city.

On March 26, Sobyanin announced that the capital's cafes and restaurants were allowed not to coordinate projects for the placement of summer verandas without special equipment.
