Putin: Temporary administration under the auspices of the United Nations can be introduced in Ukraine

The issue of the possibility of introducing interim administration in Ukraine could be discussed under the auspices of the United Nations, as well as jointly with the United States, European countries and Russia's partners. This was announced on March 27 by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with the sailors of the Arkhangelsk submarine in Murmansk.

"In principle, of course, it would be possible, under the auspices of the United Nations, with the United States, even with European countries, of course, with our partners and friends, to discuss the possibility of introducing interim administration in Ukraine," Putin said.
