Putin instructed to support tourism projects in the Arctic

Tourism projects that allow us to see the Arctic from a new perspective should receive support. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin on March 27 at the plenary session of the International Arctic Forum.

The Head of State proposed to include the development of the White Sea infrastructure in the Five Seas project.

Putin called for maintaining an extensive airport network in the far North of Russia and drew attention to the fact that the region's airways need to be updated.
