Kallas declared harm to Central Asia from anti-Russian sanctions

Sanctions against Russia are harming Central Asia. On March 27, the head of the European Union (EU) diplomacy, Kaya Kallas, told reporters.
"I also stressed the importance of fighting circumvention of our sanctions, including through Central Asia. I understand that these sanctions are damaging your economy," TASS quoted Kallas as saying.
In her opinion, this is necessary to end the conflict, complements "Газета.Ru ".
Kallas recalled that the EU has already imposed 16 sets of sanctions against Russia, and is now developing a 17th.
Earlier, on January 10, the Hong Kong newspaper Asia Times reported that the freezing of Russian assets in the West had harmed the United States. Such measures, designed to restrict Russian trade, have backfired, as they have ultimately undermined confidence in American debt as the main reserve asset.
