The expert spoke about the advantages of finding a job in the spring

Spring is the optimal time for career changes, especially for those who want to get into large companies with a transparent motivation system and interesting tasks. Aigun Kurbanova, founder of the School of Career Management and president of the Association of Career Consultants, told Izvestia on March 29.
"Spring is traditionally a period for companies to reflect on the results of the past year and formulate tasks for the current one. In autumn, Russia passes the state budget, so by spring it becomes clear what will happen in the economy and how many new positions can be counted on," she explained.
In addition, new projects will start in the spring, which means that applicants have a chance to add various achievements to their resume.
"Spring is a great opportunity to get into large companies with a long—term motivation system. The financial results of the year have been summed up, bonuses have been paid, and some employees who were expecting bonuses are starting to look for new options," the specialist said.
The expert also emphasizes that business in Russia has a clear cycle: after the January holidays, companies return to a working rhythm, update plans in February, and begin active recruitment in March.
"New employees manage to adapt over the spring and summer in order to show the first results by autumn," Kurbanova summed up.
