The IPC annulled Nikolay Polukhin's results at the Sochi Paralympics due to doping

The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) Anti-Doping Tribunal has found that Russian skier Nikolai Polukhin violated anti-doping rules at the 2014 Winter Paralympic Games in Sochi. This was announced on March 27 on the organization's website.
"The IPC Anti—Doping Tribunal found Nikolay Polukhin guilty of violating anti-doping rules at the Sochi Paralympic Games, and his individual results at this event (including one gold and two silver medals) were annulled," the article says.
It clarifies that the charges arose as a result of IPC investigations of evidence provided by the World Anti-Doping Agency.
On March 18, WADA President Witold Banka called on his team to amend the anti-doping code to distinguish accidental contamination of samples from intentional doping. According to the head of WADA, the system should not be too rigid so that athletes do not suffer from unfair treatment.
