Russia notes Kiev's inability to negotiate in connection with attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on civilian energy infrastructure facilities. This was announced on March 27 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

She recalled that on March 25 and 26, the Ukrainian army attacked power facilities in the Bryansk and Kursk regions with drones. The Ukrainian Armed Forces also tried to strike a gas storage facility in Crimea.

"And this is despite the fact that [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky publicly announced the acceptance of the Russian-American agreements reached in Riyadh on March 24 to stop attacks on civilian energy facilities," Zakharova said at a briefing.

According to the diplomat, these actions confirm the incompetence of Ukraine.

On March 25, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov pointed out the incompetence of the Kiev regime after the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the Sudzha gas measuring station in the Kursk region. He called the attack the reason why it is currently impossible to trust the Ukrainian side and make peace with it.
