Sobyanin spoke about the popularity of the Nekrasovskaya metro line

In five years, the Nekrasovskaya metro line has been used more than 200 million times, said Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
This is the first line where all stations are equipped with elevators, and the first line for which the residents of the city chose the color scheme.
According to Sobyanin, the full launch of the branch "has become one of the most anticipated events of the last decade for Muscovites." The line connected the metropolitan areas of Nekrasovka, Kosino-Ukhtomsky, Vykhino-Zhulebino, Ryazansky and Nizhny Novgorod.
To service the Nekrasovskaya line, the Rudnevo electric depot was built — with a repair building and a chamber for washing trains.
The mayor said that in 2011 the transport situation in the south-east of the capital was difficult: the districts were quickly being built up, and the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line could not cope with the load.
"We started solving the problem with the launch of the Nekrasovskaya line. Later, there was a transfer to BKL, the MCD-3 was introduced," Sobyanin noted.
