The IL-76 aircraft of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations delivered humanitarian aid weighing more than 31 tons to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. This was announced on March 27 by the press service of the department.
"The IL-76 aircraft of the Russian emergency Department delivered more than 31 tons of humanitarian cargo," the message on the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations says.
According to the agency, the cargo includes food products, including children's, clothing and basic necessities.
It is specified that the operation was carried out on the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin and on behalf of the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Alexander Kurenkov.
Earlier, on November 24, 2024, it was reported that humanitarian aid had been delivered to Myanmar. The humanitarian aid includes basic necessities, medicines, tents, generators, as well as a mobile power plant.
