The calculation of FPV drones destroyed the Ukrainian Armed Forces dugout in the Zaporozhye region

The calculation of FPV drones of the 42nd Guards Motorized Rifle Division of the Dnepr group of forces destroyed a fortified dugout of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Zaporizhia region. This was announced on March 27 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

Drone operators discovered a camouflaged enemy dugout during aerial reconnaissance. After receiving data on his location, the calculation struck the enemy's object using an FPV drone. A direct hit led to the destruction of the bunker and the elimination of the enemy's manpower inside.

"We covered the infantry when they entered the point, on their bases. As it is, most of us work in dugouts, we also work on equipment," said the operator of the FPV drone with the call sign Ragnar.

According to the ministry, the 42nd Guards Motorized Rifle Division of the Dnepr group of forces is actively using drones to perform various combat missions.

Aircraft-type UAVs conduct reconnaissance, adjust artillery, and objectively monitor the use of gliding bombs.

On March 25, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Hyacinth-B cannon of the Dnepr group of forces struck an enemy M777 howitzer in a wooded area of the Zaporizhia region during a counter-battery battle. At the same time, the AFU calculation was eliminated.
