Shadaev answered the question about the "dilution" of Youtube

The issue of the "dilution" of Youtube video hosting in Russia will be considered after it fulfills the requirements of Roskomnadzor. This was announced on March 26 by the head of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadaev.

He recalled that RNC had made a number of claims against the service.

"If they comply with them, if they show concrete steps to unblock domestic content, then this issue will be raised and discussed," Shadaev told RIA Novosti.

In addition, the head of the Ministry of Finance emphasized that the most important requirement is the absence of restrictions for Russian authors. At the same time, Shadaev stressed that so far the video hosting service has not shown any interest in complying with the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
