The bridge over the Naukuvitsa river in the Pskov region will be repaired by the winter of 2026

In the Pskov region, they announced the search for a contractor for the overhaul of the bridge over the Naukuvitsa River in the Velikiye Luki district. This is reported by the Pskov News feed with reference to the documentation of the relevant auction on the public procurement portal.

The project provides for the construction of four bridge pillars on reinforced concrete piles, the installation of superstructure beams, the renovation of the roadway, and the strengthening of the embankment on all pillars. In addition, the drainage system and a number of other infrastructure works are planned.

The contractor is scheduled to be identified on April 14. The maximum value of the contract with him will be 313.4 million rubles.

According to the newspaper, the bridge will be closed for the duration of the work. A new temporary ferry will be built across the river. It is planned to fully complete the renovation of the bridge over the Naukuvica River by November 30, 2026.

Earlier in March, it was reported that 22 km of rail lines on the Veshki –Karamyshevo section had been replaced in the Pskov region. The work has been carried out since mid-February 2025 during the technological window.
