Fayzullin explained the reasons for the rapid development of individual housing construction

An important step in the development of individual housing construction was the entry into force of a number of laws on the use of escrow accounts during construction. The Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin told reporters following the results of the government's annual report to the State Duma on March 26.

Last year, more than 62 million square meters were built in Russia. m of housing under individual construction, which is 62% more than in 2019.

The ministry explained that these are the main provisions aimed at solving the three most important tasks of building rationing. Thus, an integrated structure of standardization documents in the construction complex has been formed, which simultaneously takes into account all related rationing systems.
