According to the victim, she received a call from a stranger who introduced himself as an analyst at a brokerage company. He spoke about an "investment project" with a high guaranteed profit. The woman agreed to participate and clicked on the link that the attacker sent. She signed up on an unknown online platform and transferred a large sum to an outside account.
