MO: Kiev is doing everything to disrupt the Russian-American agreements

Kiev continues to make every effort to disrupt the Russian-American agreements aimed at resolving the conflict in Ukraine. This was announced on March 26 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"The Kiev regime, continuing to damage Russia's civilian energy infrastructure, <...> is doing everything to disrupt the reached Russian-American agreements on step—by-step measures to resolve the Ukrainian conflict," the department's Telegram channel said.

Later, during the Russian-American talks in Riyadh on March 24, a list of Russian and Ukrainian energy infrastructure facilities subject to a moratorium on strikes was agreed.
