Truck traffic will be restricted from March 31 in Khabarovsk

A temporary restriction on truck traffic will be introduced in Khabarovsk from March 31. Such measures are being taken in connection with the onset of the spring thaw period.

The maximum permissible axle load is 3.5 tons. The State Traffic Inspectorate will monitor compliance with this restriction. To obtain a travel permit, drivers must submit an application on the website of the Federal State Educational Institution Rosdormonitoring.

The restrictions do not apply to federal roads, as well as to international freight and passenger transportation, transportation of fuel, food and medicines. This is reported by IA AmurMedia.

The restrictions will last until April 30th.

In the Irkutsk region, a similar restriction will take effect on April 15 on roads of regional and inter-municipal significance.
