Rospotrebnadzor confirmed the safety of Petelinka products

The products of the Petelinka brand (Kurinoye Tsarstvo JSC) fully comply with the established requirements. The results of the extended production control were presented on May 16 in Rospotrebnadzor at a meeting with representatives of the company.

Earlier, the Moscow Department of Rospotrebnadzor revealed individual violations during an inspection of a number of outlets, but after the inspection in early April, all violations were eliminated.

"During the period after the end of the inspection, the manufacturer of Kurinoye Tsarstvo JSC carried out an exhaustive set of measures to eliminate and prevent further violations, which is documented. The Moscow Office of Rospotrebnadzor has submitted all the inspection materials, including documents confirming the elimination of the comments and the fact that products selected for laboratory testing were not in circulation at the end of March 2025," the agency said in a statement.

Cherkizovo Group, which includes Chicken Kingdom, noted that the company annually invests heavily in maintaining biosafety at its enterprises.

"All poultry entering meat processing plants undergoes a clinical examination by state veterinarians with electronic certificates issued in the Mercury system. The products regularly undergo laboratory tests for compliance with the requirements of TR CU 021/2011 and TR EAEU 051/2021," they noted.

In addition, sanitary treatment of premises and equipment is carried out daily at all enterprises, and staff undergo annual medical examinations and daily health monitoring.
