The share of vacancies for people with disabilities in Russia was 3.8% of the total number of offers. Among the deleted positions, this figure is significantly higher — 21.4%. Such data was obtained during a study conducted by PRO32, a Russian provider of IT solutions, after analyzing the statistics of job aggregator sites. The results were reviewed by Izvestia on March 27.

The top 3 industries in terms of the total number of inclusive vacancies are IT, finance and education, which account for more than 60% of all offers. 44% of inclusive vacancies are located in the IT sector, 28% in the financial sector and 8% in education.

Chemical production, agriculture, art and culture showed the smallest share of inclusive vacancies with remote work — less than 1% of the total.

"Companies are no longer limited by geography and create more flexible conditions for people with disabilities. Additional services are becoming more and more available, such as remote access programs, task trackers, and others that allow specialists to work from anywhere, which significantly expands their professional horizons," said Igor Mandik, CEO of PRO32.

Moscow and the Moscow Region have taken the leading position among Russian regions in terms of the number of inclusive vacancies — 9292 offers, which is 20% of the total number of such vacancies in Russia. St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region ranked second with 3,988 vacancies (8.7%), and Krasnodar Krai ranked third with 1,746 (3.8%).

According to experts, the average salary indicated in inclusive vacancies at a remote location in Russia is 89 thousand rubles. However, this figure is significantly higher in a number of industries. The leaders in terms of payment were communications (120 thousand rubles), the chemical industry (111 thousand rubles), art and culture (102 thousand rubles). At the same time, in the financial sector, despite the high proportion of inclusive vacancies, the average salary is 38 thousand rubles, and this is one of the lowest rates among all industries.

Earlier, on March 6, it was reported that for the majority of Russians surveyed (75%), job satisfaction is a key indicator of a successful career. This is stated in the results of the study of the service "Work.ru". In addition, high earnings (71%) and professionalism (64%) are considered important.
