Mishustin summed up the results of road repairs in Russia for the year

By the end of 2024, about 25 thousand km of roads were built and repaired in Russia, from the largest multi—level interchanges to driveways in neighborhoods and courtyards. This was stated on March 26 by Mikhail Mishustin, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, during the presentation of the annual report on the work of the executive branch in the State Duma.

By the end of 2024, more than half of regional roads and more than 85% of roads in large cities with suburbs met modern requirements. On February 17, Rosavtodor announced that at least 85% of federal and 60% of regional highways in Russia will be brought into compliance with regulatory requirements by the end of 2030.

On January 14, it was reported that in 2024, after construction and reconstruction, Rosavtodor commissioned 21 facilities with a total length of 506 km, which is 272.5 km more than in 2023. Last year, for the first time, cars traveled along new transport routes in the Moscow, Irkutsk and Volgograd regions, the Chechen Republic, as well as the republics of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan.
