Peskov announced the possibility of resuming the Black Sea initiative under a number of conditions.

During the negotiations between Russia and the United States in Riyadh, the parties came to the conclusion that the Black Sea initiative can be revived, however, under a number of conditions. As Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated on March 26, Moscow hopes that this time they will be more fair.

"According to the Black Sea initiative, it can be activated after fulfilling a number of conditions, in fact, these are the same conditions that existed under [UN Secretary General Antonio] Guterres, this time justice must prevail," concluded the press secretary of the head of state at a briefing.
