In Russia, the priority right of special operation participants to medical care and education has been ensured, as well as the automatic assignment of additional payments for them. This was announced on March 26 by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during the presentation of the annual report on the work of the executive branch in the State Duma.

He noted that the welfare of the defenders of the Motherland is a priority for the federal authorities.
