The problems with the operation of the fast payment System (SBP), which were reported by users, were the result of a malfunction in the infrastructure of the National Payment Card System (NSPK). This was announced on March 26 by the press service of Roskomnadzor.

"On March 26, from 10:00 a.m., the Center for Monitoring and Management of the Public Communications Network (CMU SSOP) recorded a surge in complaints about problems with payment through the SBP," Roskomnadzor reports TASS.

In turn, the press service of the National Payment Card System (NSPK) reported difficulties in processing transactions through the SBP.

"The company's specialists are working to eliminate them. Other NSPK services and systems are currently operating normally, the company said," the report says.

Earlier, on March 25, Roskomnadzor said that the providers' security system needed to be strengthened. For example, it is necessary to consolidate the requirements for the stability of communication networks, within which telecom operators and providers will be required to ensure not only their protection, but also the ability to quickly recover from attacks.
