On March 26, Russian pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov (Vovan and Lexus) presented a new video conversation with Kosovo's Prime Minister Albin Kurti, which they conducted on behalf of Latvian President Edgars Rinkevich. When the conversation turned to Ukraine, Kurti said that the West was hatching plans to apply "military democracy" on the territory of the country.

"Ukraine was supposed to become a place of struggle where the superiority of the Western democratic military force had to manifest itself," the politician said.

Kurti also noted that the West should have provided Ukraine with better equipment, more ammunition and military equipment so that its army could fight and win.

"I think more could have been done in these three years. Even more. <...> I remember, in the early 1980s, the Taliban (the Taliban, the organization is under UN sanctions for terrorist activities. In Afghanistan, they received weapons from the United States in order to expel the USSR. So even the Taliban received so much military aid until they expelled the Soviet Union. And now Ukraine must expel the Russian Federation from its territory," the Kosovar Prime Minister said.

He added that the United States "helped liberate Afghanistan," even though the weapons they sent there ended up in the wrong hands.

"Ukraine has a democratic government, they need to provide everything they need and what they ask for," Kurti said.

In an interview with the pranksters, the politician also shared plans to build an ammunition production plant in the republic.

On February 19, pranksters Vovan and Lexus published part of a conversation with the leader of the Bi-2 group, Lev Bi-2 (real name is Egor Bortnik, recognized in Russia as a foreign agent), in which he spoke about his participation in the purchase of equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The contractor stated that he had purchased two ambulances and a large bus for the Kiev regime, and also pays Ukraine 5,000 euros per month.
