The political scientist pointed out the lack of interest of the United States in Ukraine and Europe.

The United States has virtually no interest in Ukraine or Europe itself because of its policy of self-destruction. This was stated on March 26 by German political scientist Eike Hamer in an interview with Izvestia.

Hamer believes that Europe is diligently destroying its own industry, harming its citizens and replacing the population. At the same time, according to the expert, France and Great Britain have serious interests in supporting the Kiev regime.

"The United States has no interest in Ukraine and the conflict in Ukraine. BlackRock may have some interests, and the British and French may have serious interests in supporting [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Putin's regime. Zelensky and his affairs, but the United States does not," Hamer said, commenting on the results of the negotiations between the Russian Federation and the United States on the conflict in Ukraine in Riyadh.

The expert drew attention to the fact that during the sanctions, Russia has learned to produce goods and services on its own, which allowed it to take a position of strength in negotiations.

"This has put her in a completely different negotiating position — a position of strength rather than a supplicant who depends on Western goods and services for the survival of the economy. The economy has not collapsed, and now negotiations are taking place in completely different conditions," the political scientist explained.

Russia is indispensable in the fertilizer market, and the United States, Hamer noted, currently has problems with Canada, which is the second largest fertilizer producer.

"Without fertilizers, agriculture collapses. Therefore, these are not concessions to Russia, but a concession to the United States so that they can again receive fertilizers on more or less acceptable terms and save their agriculture," the expert said.

He stressed that the United States will gradually lift restrictions on other commodities because it urgently needs them, including plutonium, uranium, and aluminum, in order to restore supply chains.

It became known what Moscow and Washington agreed on during 12-hour consultations in Riyadh.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on March 25 that Russia and the United States continue to work in a constructive and positive manner. He also said that another agreed statement from the countries will be published soon.

Negotiations between the Russian and American expert groups in Riyadh took place on March 24. They lasted 12 hours.
