Municipal equipment in Moscow switched to summer mode of operation

In Moscow, municipal equipment has been switched to summer operation. This was announced on Tuesday, March 25, by the Deputy Mayor of the capital for Housing and Communal Services and landscaping, Peter Biryukov.

According to him, the entire fleet of municipal equipment has been switched to a summer maintenance regime due to the established positive average daily air temperature, the Moscow City News agency reports. Irrigation equipment was installed on the cars to ensure daily cleaning of the city, writes RT.

Biryukov pointed out that most of the road-cleaning equipment operates all year round thanks to attachments, which vary depending on the specifics of seasonal work, Moscow 24 reports.

The vehicles that were not used in the winter were brought to readiness. In addition, specialists carried out diagnostics and routine maintenance, RIAMO clarifies.
