Russia considers it impossible to transfer the Zaporizhia NPP or control over it to Ukraine or any other country. This was announced on March 25 by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
"Joint operation of a nuclear power plant with any state is unacceptable, there are no such precedents in world practice," the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
