During the talks in Riyadh, the United States and Ukraine agreed to jointly develop a mechanism to ban attacks on energy infrastructure facilities of the Russian Federation and Ukraine. The corresponding statement was published on the White House website on March 25.

"The United States and Ukraine have agreed to develop measures to implement the agreement between Presidents Trump and Zelensky to ban attacks on energy facilities in Russia and Ukraine," the statement said.

Also during the negotiations, the United States and Ukraine agreed to ensure safe navigation in the Black Sea and to exclude the use of commercial vessels for military purposes.

Earlier on March 25, the White House announced that the United States and the Russian Federation had decided to develop joint measures to agree to refrain from strikes on energy facilities.
