Stavropol authorities have increased the cost of purchasing medicines

The Stavropol Territory authorities have allocated 5 billion rubles for the purchase of medicines in the current 2025 year. This is a 25% increase compared to a year earlier, Governor Vladimir Vladimirov said on his social media on Tuesday, March 25.
"For the first time, funds have been provided to provide therapeutic nutrition for patients with the status of a "palliative patient." Over 100 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes," the head of the region said.
According to him, 234 million rubles will be allocated to support Stavropol residents with diabetes. Additional funds will also be allocated for social support for citizens with malignant neoplasms and drugs for beneficiaries, writes IA StavropolMedia.
According to Vladimirov, the region will continue to work on a comprehensive approach to meeting the needs of residents for medicines and their timely receipt.
