The Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow fined businessman Evgeny Chichvarkin (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) 15,000 rubles for participating in an organization that is considered undesirable in Russia. The court's press service told Izvestia about this on March 25.

It is not specified which organization the businessman was in. Chichvarkin himself lives outside the Russian Federation and did not appear at the meeting.

In June 2022, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation included the entrepreneur in the list of foreign agents.
