The State Duma adopted in the first reading a bill on the introduction of a fine of up to 20 thousand rubles for failure to inform the military enlistment office about the move. This is reported on the website of the lower house of parliament.

According to the bill, the amount of the fine for failure to inform the military enlistment office about the move increases from 1-5 thousand rubles to 10-20 thousand rubles.
