A criminal case has been opened into the provision of services that do not meet security requirements following a gas explosion in a mobile phone salon in Makhachkala. This was reported on March 25 in the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Dagestan.
"A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements, resulting in serious harm to health")," the Telegram channel says.
Information about the explosion was received at 112 at 09:49. Emergency services immediately went to the scene. After the explosion, a fire started in the building. The Ministry of Health of Dagestan reported that four people were injured in the incident.
