In the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, the court recovered 700 thousand rubles in compensation for moral damage in favor of a mother whose daughter died due to a medical error. The child died in the Tarko-Sale CRH.

According to the <url> news agency, during the inspection, the prosecutor's office revealed facts of improper medical care for a minor in the hospital.

She was initially misdiagnosed and treated incorrectly. In addition, the necessary diagnostic and therapeutic measures were not carried out for the girl. For this reason, she passed away.

As a result, the Novourengoy court sided with the victim and recovered the requested amount in her favor.
