The high-alert regime began operating in the Krasnoyarsk Territory on Tuesday, March 25. It will last until July 1. The relevant resolution has been published on the regional Internet portal of legal information.
This measure is introduced to prevent emergencies due to the passage of a fire-prone period and periods of spring floods and floods.
The management bodies and forces of the territorial subsystem were instructed to strengthen control over the state of the environment, monitor natural hazards and man-made processes.
According to KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, if necessary, round-the-clock duty of managers and officials at stationary control points will be introduced in order to be ready to evacuate residents in case of possible flooding.
A day earlier, the fire season began in the forests of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Ground groups, forestry staff, hunting inspectors, and forest protection inspectors are working in several districts, and drones are being used.
