MO: The Russian Armed Forces repelled three counterattacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the day in the Kursk border area

During the day, Russian military personnel repelled three counterattacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the border area of the Kursk region. This was announced on March 25 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

Also, the fighters of the units of the North group of forces struck the formations of the mechanized, three amphibious assault brigades, as well as the brigades of the Marine Corps, the President and the territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of four settlements.

In particular, the enemy's manpower and military equipment were defeated in 16 districts of the Sumy region by strikes from operational-tactical, army aviation, as well as artillery fire.

The Ministry of Defense clarified that the losses of the Ukrainian army amounted to over 260 militants during the day. In addition, the enemy lost a tank, an infantry fighting vehicle, three armored fighting vehicles, 10 vehicles, two artillery pieces, three mortars and two drone control points.
