The number of civilians evacuated from the Kursk region has reached 606, including 16 children. This was announced on March 25 by Alexander Khinshtein, Acting Governor of the Kursk region, in the Telegram channel.

"Large-scale work on the evacuation of our people from the liberated settlements has been launched since March 12. Currently, 246 civilians are stationed in the IDP in the region, 360 people have been taken away by relatives and friends," Khinstein said.

He also noted that doctors, psychologists, as well as social and legal specialists are working with people now.

Khinstein stressed that the evacuation of the civilian population continues.

Earlier, on March 13, the Russian military told about the evacuation of residents after the liberation of the village of Kazachya Loknya. The export takes place in difficult conditions: The terrain is difficult to traverse due to the spring mud, and the highway is still dangerous.
